Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using Spiritual Mentor AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Who may use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

3) Accounts & authentication

We currently use anonymous authentication. You are responsible for activity under your device/session.

4) Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, harassing, or hateful content.
• No attempts to attack the service or other users.
• No automated scraping, rate abuse, or reverse engineering.

5) AI-generated content

Spiritual Mentor AI uses AI to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Use your own judgment and verify information independently.

6) Content & licenses

You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service and provide features (e.g., chat history). We do not sell your content.

7) Service changes

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for changes or interruptions.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Spiritual Mentor AI (project owner) harmless from claims arising out of your use of Spiritual Mentor AI or violation of these Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12) Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
